Masterschool is looking for adjunct instructors to join our growing, AI-native academic team. You'll help shape and continuously improve our courses, support students, and help redefine higher education in an AI-driven world.
What you'll do
- Help shape and continuously improve our courses as part of a growing, AI-native academic team
- Support students in discussion boards to deepen understanding and keep momentum
- Review exams and assessments to help set a clear academic quality bar
- Respond to academic support tickets with clear guidance and content clarification
What we're looking for
- BA or Associate degree in Software Engineering (or related field) with hands-on industry experience
- Strong written communication with a student-first mindset
- Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working asynchronously
- Excited to help redefine higher education in an AI-driven world
