Career consultant

Students across Germany are using a Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher) to enroll at Masterschool free of charge. We're looking for an experienced career consultant to guide students through the enrollment process, manage the pipeline, and deliver an outstanding experience. The ideal candidate has experience as a career consultant in the education or vocational training sector and has supported students through the Bildungsgutschein process.

What you'll do

• Accompany candidates through the process of obtaining the educational voucher
• Support students in submitting requirements for a Bildungsgutschein — remove obstacles, inspire them, minimize drop-off
• Identify the right career path for candidates based on their unique abilities and desires
• Define and track key metrics and KPIs for strong pipeline management and conversion
• Operate at all levels — stay connected to the details and tackle any task to deliver results

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in English and German
• Proven success in enrolling Germany-based students in Bildungsgutschein education or vocational training programs
• Experienced in guiding students through the Bildungsgutschein process with precision and care
• Passionate about using education to improve lives
• Driven, adaptable, and open to feedback — you work fast and aim to improve daily
